I’ve been talking to people recently about how the way that we consume content is evolving & changing. Ecommerce is undergoing significant changes as large companies struggle (particularly from a technical point of view) to keep up with how quickly consumer habits are changing.
In particular, the app economy, hyper-localisation and the mobile web have caused a paradigm shift in how we access, use and interact with many B2C brands.
